Fallston offers convienent access to Baltimore, Maryland and Harford County. The Bensons Corner apartment complex gives residents access to shopping, dining, and outdoor recreation with a short daily commute.
Pax Edwards was the developer for Benson Corners, working with Southway Builders on construction. This team brought in Comer Construction to handle the residential site construction.
Clearing and Preparing Land for Residential Construction
The first step in this project was clearing the land for construction. Comer Construction provided clearing and grubbing services, along with grading and stormwater management. This includes rough grading, mass excavation, fine grading, and stabilization.
Our scope of work on this Fallston, Maryland project also included utility work, curb and gutter, material haul off, sidewalk and paving.
Stormwater Management
Avoiding erosion and controlling run off are critical aspects of our stormwater management services.
