Grading & Utility Work at Baltimore City School

We started with grading and stormwater management in preparation for construction of the new school. To service the building, Comer Construction installed underground utilities. Comer Construction was also tasked with building the curbs, installing gutters, and paving new roads on the property.

To meet Baltimore City requirements, all members of our team passed a background check prior to working on the project.

Now that the new school is built, we’re back on site installing a parking lot and athletic field. This includes additional stormwater management. We’ll finish with additional paving, curbs, and gutter work.
